512 Boxes of Pizza Distributed by Abra Local Pizza House for Free
A local pizza house in Abra has distributed around 512 boxes of pizza for free to the residents affected by the devastating quake.
The 7.3 magnitude quake in Abra becomes the headlines of various social media pages and local news outlets in the country. The powerful earthquake causes damage to numerous house and establishments.
Metro Manila and its nearby towns also felt the tremor. The quake even cut down the power lines in several areas across Abra. President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. also visited the province and instruct the immediate deployment of rescue and relief operations.
On Thursday (July 28, 2022), a Facebook user named Rowen Jhenalyn Hugo Mina shared photos of a local pizza house in Abra distributing about 512 boxes to the quake-affected residents. The post garnered praise and admiration online.
In the photos, it can be seen that several residents were queueing in front of “Altair’s Pizza” for free pizza. The store is giving pizzas for free after the powerful quake causes severe damage to some houses and establishments in the province.
The store even prepared numerous boxes of pizza bound to Lacub. Rowen Mina who owns the pizza store decides to give free pizza to ease the hardships of his fellow villagers.
The free pizza was a part of their supposed promo “Buy 3 Get 1 Free” in celebration of the store’s 3rd anniversary.
