Gerald Anderson and Kylie Padilla started shooting for their movie
Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson and Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla have started filming for their first movie together and their location is where scenes from the hit K-drama Crash Landing On You were shot.
Last June, Gerald introduced his new leading lady in a film under Mavx Productions. This is the first movie of Kylie since she took a break from acting after she gave birth to her second son with her estranged husband Aljur Abrenica.
In recent social media posts of Mavx Productions, based on the article in The Philippine Star, the company shared glimpses of the filming that they did in the picturesque sites in Switzerland. The upcoming movie by Gerald Anderson and Kylie Padilla is titled Unravel.
“Looks familiar?” the production company’s post stated in the caption. Indeed, it is familiar to Filipino viewers as this was where some of the romantic scenes of Korean stars Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin were shot.
In another post, the caption stated, “TEAM MAVX HAS CRASHED LANDED.” The cast and crew of the movie were standing on the same where the character of Captain Ri was playing the piano. This movie is directed by RC Delos Reyes.
Meanwhile, Gerald Anderson and Kylie Padilla both have their respective teleseryes in primetime. The Kapamilya actor is one of the leading men of Ivana Alawi in the series A Family Affair. This project was initially intended to feature Bea Alonzo and Richard Gutierrez. However, that was shelved amid the pandemic and later on, it was revised to fit the personality of Ivana.
Kylie’s Kapuso primetime series is titled Bolera and her leading men are Rayver Cruz and Jak Roberto. This project marked the TV comeback of the actress.
