Manny Pacquiao No Plan To Come Out Of Retirement Despite Exhibition Fight Against DK Yoo
MANNY PACQUIAO – Legendary boxer Manny Pacquiao said he has no plan to come out of retirement despite an exhibition match against martial artist DK Yoo.
Manny Pacquiao is a Pinoy professional boxer and politician. He became world-famous for winning boxing titles in more weight classes than any other boxer in history.
Pacman rose from abject poverty to the top of his sport and he was also elected as a senator in the Philippines.
After losing to Yordenis Ugas in September of last year, Manny Pacquiao announced his retirement. He tried his luck in the 2022 presidential elections last May, but he came in third with 3,663,113 votes.
After the election, he flew abroad with his family to take their much-needed vacation. He was joined by his wife Jinkee and their 4 kids Michael, Princess, Queenie, and Israel. Meanwhile, their eldest child, Jimuel is currently in the United States for his amateur boxing career.

In case you missed it, martial artist DK Yoo announced on his Youtube channel last June 21, that he would fight the Pambansang Kamao in an exhibition fight. Pacquiao was part of the video, accepting the challenge of the Youtuber.
“DK Yoo, see you in the special event this coming December… God Bless and be safe,” Pacman said.
During a press conference at Shangri-La Fort in Taguig on Wednesday, Manny Pacquiao said that he has no plans to come out of retirement despite his exhibition match against DK Yoo. Pacquiao and Yoo’s fight will not only serve as an exhibition match for the boxing fans but also as a charity event.
“Sa ngayon, ang alam ko nag-retire na ako. Nag-announce na ako nang retirement…”
“Yun yung nasa puso ko at nasa isip ko ngayon unless magbago isip ko o puso ko na lumaban ulit. Pero hindi pa ako nagiisip ng ganon. Ang nasa isip ko para makatulong sa mga kababayan ko,” he added.
