It’s a consistent pattern that became the concern of many people. They believe it is impossible to happen. This concerning matter is something the PPCRV assured to look into. Many people that this could be a possible electoral fraud.

Vann Dela Cruz, the spokesperson and director for legal affairs, said during a press briefing, “We’ve seen those reports. We’ve been receiving the same information din. Right now, it’s no cause of concern but PPCRV is looking into it.”

Accordingly, they have already coordinated with Comelec to check the server logs to verify if there’s an anomaly or none according to the ABS-CBN report.

On the afternoon of May 10, the PPCRV has already encoded 2,689 election returns for the 2022 national polls from the diocese of Archdiocese of Manila, Cubao, and Novaliches. The poll watchdog reiterated that they are not about speed but accuracy.

PPCRV is the accredited citizens’ arm of the Comelec where volunteers are tasked to manually encode the printed copies of poll results. This way can verify if the manual and electronics are matched from the transparency server.
