Rowena Guanzon reveals the complaint of two former house helpers of Ruffa Gutierrez who were allegedly thrown out by the actress.
RUFFA GUTIERREZ – Actress and host Ruffa Gutierrez was invited for mediation and this was revealed by Rowena Guanzon.
In a previous article, Ruffa Gutierrez denied the allegations started by former Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner Rowena Guazon. According, she threw out her two house helpers without their salaries and this information has been relayed to Guanzon by a friend who rescued her two former “kasambahays”.
It sparked their online “bardagulan”. Ruffa explained, “Hello Ms. Guanzon, No it’s not true. There was a situation at home while I was shooting on the set of “Maid In Malacañang”, so my staff had to call security to make sure my children were safe.”
According to her, she has house helpers who argue with her 68-year-old mayordoma who has been with her for 18 years now. They wanted to leave but she told them to wait for her to settle the matter. She stressed that she did not fire anyone and shared that they “wanted to leave on their own accord”.
And just recently, in a new post of Guanzon, a document stating the complaint of her two former housemaids has been shown. It was from the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) inviting her to appear in a mediation conference this coming July 27, 2022.
Guanzon shared that the two “kasambahays” are from Kabankalan City in Negros Occidental and they complained about their back wages and damages.
As of this posting, Gutierrez did not release a statement or any comment. She previously said that the two “kasambahays” involved had stayed with her for only two weeks before this happened.
