Cristy Fermin defended Phillip Salvador and James Yap
Veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin revealed the reason why seasoned actor Phillip Salvador and PBA player James Yap are not contacting their sons with Queen of Talk Kris Aquino.
Kris’s first son Joshua was with Phillip and her second son was with James. When her relationship with her former partners ended, her sons are already in her custody. Just recently, Cristy revealed that “sumbat” that she received from Kris, and one of the issues that the actress-host mentioned to the showbiz writer was the fact that the fathers of her sons are not reaching out to them.
In a recent episode of Showbiz Now Na!, the YouTube showbiz talk show of Cristy Fermin with Romel Chika and Morly Alinio, the veteran showbiz writer revealed the reason behind the decision of Phillip Salvador and James Yap to stop communicating with their sons with Kris Aquino.
Cristy said that James has visitation rights, however, this was not followed. “Kasi kapag tumatawag si James doon sa yaya ni Bimby, ang sinasabi pala sa kaniya, ‘ay hindi po kami pupwede, hindi niyo pwedeng kunin si Bimby,” she shared.
The showbiz writer added that the yaya would always give excuses to James in order for him not to spend time with his son. Morly reacted to this gesturing his hand as if quoting what he is saying, “parang pinagdadamot?” Cristy answered, “alisin na natin ang ‘parang.’” She added that it was Kris who did not follow what the court said regarding James’s visitation rights.
In Phillip’s case, Cristy recalled the issue that started in the 2016 elections when Senator Bong Go would introduce the seasoned actor as “ang kabiyak dapat ni Kris Aquino na hindi natuloy.” Cristy Fermin said that Kris Aquino accused Phillip Salvador of being the mastermind behind that.
