Director-writer Darryl Yap shared a sleeping photo of actor Diego Loyzaga and this captured the attention of many netizens.
Diego was given the chance to portray as incoming President Bongbong Marcos in the movie Maid In Malacanang which is written and directed by Darryl. Award-winning actor Cesar Montano, Diego’s real-life father, will portray as the late President Ferdinand Marcos.
The filming of this project that is about the last 72 hours of the Marcoses in Malacanang has already started. Direk Darryl has been sharing filming updates on his Facebook account.
Just recently, the young filmmaker shared a photo of Diego Loyzaga. It was not taken during a scene or a behind-the-scenes photo. The director showed the actor’s vulnerability while sleeping.
Looking at the photo, Diego appeared to have exhausted his strength during the shooting and had to take that rest. “Ambait talaga ni Diego,” Direk Darryl wrote in the caption of his post. Several netizens commented on this with, “Kapag tulog.”
There were also those who said that Diego still looks good even he is sleeping. “Grabe naman yan, kahit tulog pogi pa rin, ako na kahit gising, wala tulog na lang ako,” Facebook user Lerence Sapaludin commented.
Seasoned actress Teresa Loyzaga, the mother of the actor, also shared her reaction to this sleeping photo. “That’s my BOY and I LOVE HIM!!! Love u anak ko! (red heart emoji) Im so proud of you!” Teresa wrote.
As of this writing, this sleeping photo of Diego Loyzaga has already reached 14 thousand reactions, received almost three hundred comments, and with over 80 shares. Direk Darryl also shared a reel showcasing the sleeping Diego.
