Sarah Geronimo takes another role
Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo is now the president of G Studios, the production company that she and her husband Matteo Guidicelli launched last year.
Sarah is one of the “triple threat” female celebrities in the Philippines. She can sing, dance, and act. Now, she added a new role to her resume, a president of a production company.
In 2021, Sarah and Matteo put up G Studious. Last year, their production started producing events. Among their first projects were their 2021 Christmas concert titled Christmas with the Gs, and the Tala concert of Sarah Geronimo, based on the article in Inquirer.
Back in February, Matteo teased the upcoming endeavors of their production company. He also shared that their studio building will be inaugurated soon. Just recently, Gigi Tibi shared on his Instagram Stories shared the groundbreaking ceremony for “G Studios” at Alabang, Muntinlupa City was held just recently.
“This was just an idea [Matteo] was talking about but here they are now doing the ground [breaking],” he wrote in his post.
Then, Tibi revealed that Sarah is now the head of the company. “Not many people know but [Sarah Geronimo] is G Studious’ President. How she has bloomed with husband [Matteo Guidicelli] and the whole family’s trust and 101 percent support,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, just recently, rumors surfaced that Matteo is currently negotiating with GMA for his “network” transfer. Initially, it was rumored that the actor’s project proposal to the Kapuso network was rejected. However, a source said that the negotiation is still not finished.
Sarah Geronimo is also rumored to be planning to return to GMA. Allegedly, the former Kapamilya show The Voice Kids Philippines, in which Sarah is one of the coaches, will also transfer to the Kapuso network.
