Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Northern Samar. The localized thunderstorms will bring similar weather conditions over the entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro.

The weather agency has advised the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience similar weather conditions while the southwest monsoon will also bring fair weather across the country.
