Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio reported that sporadic rain showers in several parts of the country due to localized thunderstorms are expected during afternoon to evening.

“Ngayong araw, dahil sa ridge of HPA, maganda at maalinsangan na panahon ang mararanasan sa Luzon, Visayas, at Mindanao,” Aurelio said.

The localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country. The country will also remain in monsoon break for the next three days.
