Mandaluyong City Police to File Charges vs Security Guards of Subdivision Wherein Hit-And-Run Suspect Lives for Obstruction of Justic

Mandaluyong City Police will file charges against security guards of the subdivision wherein hit-and-run suspect lives.

Over the past few days, the heartless SUV driver who rammed a poor security guard while mandating the traffic at Megamall between Julio Vargas Avenue and St. Francis Street in Mandaluyong City becomes one of the most controversial topic online.

The SUV driver rammed the security guard identified as Christian Joseph Floralde who apprehended him in the middle of the road. Unfortunately, the driver did not check the guard’s condition and even runs over the victim. Floralde suffered serious injuries due to the incident.

Mandaluyong City Police chief Col. Gauvin Unos were able to locate the subdivision where the suspect lives. However, the subdivision guards did not allow the police authorities to enter the vicinity.

The subdivision only grants the request of the police officer on their second visit. The cops asked for a copy of the CCTV footage. The management has yet to release the copy.

The suspect has been allegedly identified as Jose Antonio Jr., the son of Jose Antonio San Vicente.

On Wednesday (June 8, 2022), Mandaluyong City Police announced that they will file charges against security personnel of the subdivision where the registered owner of the white SUV involved in the hit-and-run incident lives.

Mandaluyong City Police Chief PCol. Gauvin Mel Unos said that the subdivision guards refused to cooperate with the cops during the investigation. The guards will face charges of obstruction of justice.
