Floralde suffered serious injuries such as fractures in his ribs and breathing difficulty due to the incident.

Mandaluyong City Police chief Col. Gauvin Unos reported that the authorities were able to enter the private subdivision wherein the reckless driver in the viral hit-and-run video resides. The cops were able to talk with the subdivision guard.

It can be remembered that the management of the subdivision did not allow the police authorities to enter the vicinity. Eventually, the management allowed the police authorities to enter the subdivision.

The police officers also asked for a copy of the CCTV footage to determine whether the SUV entered the subdivision or not.

“Kaya ang kagandahan naman, napayagan naman ulit tayo pumasok doon sa subdivision na ‘yon at nagkaroon tayo ng pagkakataon na kausapin yung mga security guard doon, napakiusapan na tingnan yung mga CCTV sa loob, kung nakapasok man yung sasakyan,” Unos said.

The suspect will face frustrated murder and abandonment of one’s victim.

According to Senator-elect JV Ejercito, the SUV owner named Jose Antonio San Vicente told him that his son Jose Antonio Jr. was the one driving the vehicle during the incident. He also promised to shoulder the victim’s hospital expenses.
