Netizens Praise Honest Food Delivery Rider for Returning Lost Wallet to Owner
An honest food delivery rider earned praises and admiration online after he returned the lost wallet he found to its respective owner.
Honesty or truthfulness is a facet of moral character that connotes positive and virtuous attributes such as integrity, truthfulness, and straightforwardness, involving being trustworthy, loyal, fair, and sincere.
Honest people usually refuse to lie, cheat, steal and commit mistakes that will destroy another person’s trust.
The Facebook page “Bombo Radyo Bacolod” has shared the photos of a food delivery rider who found a lost wallet containing cash and returned it to its respective owner. The post circulates online and garnered various reactions from social media users.
The food delivery rider identified as Francis Mapa found a black pouch along Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City in Negros Occidental. The pouch contains a certain amount of cash, ATM cards, and identification cards.
Mapa took the pouch and surrendered it to the radio station “Bombo Radyo” in Bacolod City. The station is located on the 2nd Floor CBS Development Building, Lacson Street, Barangay Mandalagan.
The radio station also sought help from its listeners to find the owner identified as Frances Jannesse T. Jolito.
Eventually, Jolito heard the news and was able to claim her lost pouch at the station. The latter has also expressed her gratitude to the delivery employee and radio station for returning her wallet.
