MEL TIANGCO – Kapuso veteran broadcaster Mel Tiangco did not mince words when she said this talking to the spokesperson of BBM.
On Monday evening, based on a previous article, became a trending topic online along with Karen Davila for roasting the COMELEC for their apparent inefficiency after numerous VCMs malfunctioned on the day of election.
“Ano daw ba ang kinulang at hindi nakamit yoon? Nagkaroon pa ng mga tinatawag na contingency VCM…” she expressed. Many people online believed that she’s reflecting the frustration of the public who experienced such on the election day.
This year’s election is very crucial after the dictator’s son Bongbong Marcos Jr., ran for the highest position. Many were scared after the historical leadership of his dictator power who was ousted from the position through the People Power Revolution. But in the current time, it seems like history did not matter. His supporters believed that his father’s sins are not his sons. They are seeing a beacon of hope in him for a better Philippines.
According to data from COMELEC, Marcos is winning a landslide vote which is the same as his tandem Sara Duterte in the vice-presidential race.
Meanwhile, still trending online is Tiangco. In her conversation with the spokesperson of the possible 17th president of the country, she could not help but quip her praises with VP Leni Robredo whose “galing at talento” was seen during the pandemic, the most difficult time of the country, so far. She was always present and despite the little resource given to her, she was still able to reach and help those who are in the “laylayan”.
