KIKO PANGILINAN PLATFORMS – Here are the accomplishments of Kiko Pangilinan and his plans if he wins the May 2022 Elections.

Francis Pancratius “Kiko” Nepomuceno Pangilinan is a lawyer, politician, and farm owner. He is an incumbent senator and the president of the once-ruling Liberal Party. Prior to his marriage to Megastar Sharon Cuneta and his election to the Senate in 2001, he became popular as a legal commentator in various mass media programs.

The 58-year-old politician is the running mate of Vice President Leni Robredo. He is endorsed by the opposition coalition, 1Sambayan. He is campaigning to address corruption, manage the pandemic, and ensure food security.

Personal Background:

Kiko Pangilinan was born on August 24, 1963 to Emma Monasterial Nepomuceno, a teacher from Nueva Ecija and Marinduque, and Donato Tongol Pangilinan Jr., an engineer and entrepreneur from Pampanga. He has 8 siblings.

Kiko pursued a bachelor’s degree in law at the University of the Philippines College of Law and graduated in 1993. In 1997, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts to pursue a Master of Public Administration degree at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

In 1996, he married actress-singer Sharon Cuneta. They have 2 daughters and one adopted son. He is also the stepfather of actress KC Concepcion, Sharon’s daughter from a previous marriage, whom Kiko legally adopted.

Accomplishments:

Kiko Pangilinan authored 103 bills and 11 of these bills were passed into law. His programs and legislative initiatives have aimed to harness people’s power over the years, planting seeds of knowledge, time, and connections so that the change people experience in their every day lives may take root and grow.
