2 More Mayor Isko Moreno Volunteer Robredo Shifts Support To VP Leni Robredo’s Presidential Bid
LENI ROBREDO – The Vice President spoke regarding the move of some volunteer groups of Mayor Isko Moreno shifting support to her.
Both local and national elections are set to take place in the Philippines in less than a month. For the May 2022 Elections, ten (10) candidates are running for the presidency. Most of them are busy campaigning now in the pursuit to reach as many people as they can before the campaign period is over.
Motorcades, caravans, and grand rallies are taking place everywhere daily now as both local and national campaign periods are ongoing. Several political groups, religious leaders and organizations, and known individuals in certain fields are vocal about their bets in the upcoming election.
Less than a month away from the Elections 2022, another thing that is taking place is the shifting of support. Recently, two (2) more chapters of the group Ikaw Muna Pilipinas which backs the presidential bid of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno shifted support to Vice Pres. Leni Robredo‘s candidacy.
Former Transportation Undersecretary and overall coordinator of NaISKO volunteer movement announced his support for the presidential bid of Vice Pres. Robredo. He is one of the key officials of IM Pilipinas who shifted support.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Vice Pres. Leni Robredo expressed that gaining more support is crucial as the election draws near. According to the Vice President, everything that adds to their numbers is always welcome.
Vice Pres. Robredo expressed her gratitude for the support for her presidential bid and her hope that she can meet them to personally thank them. The Vice President’s voters’ preference is taking an upward trend based on the results of the latest Pulse Asia survey conducted in March.
