Two motorcycle riders suffered wounds and injuries after the night race in Tagum City turned into a tragic accident.
Nowadays, road accident has been one of the most common problems not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Reckless drivers were usually involved in accidents.
The traffic authorities are implementing stricter rules and regulations to prevent such incidents but accidents still happen due to reckless motorists. Drag race in public roads is strictly prohibited because it may result to further problems.
Recently, the video footage of a tragic road accident In Tagum City during a night race immediately spread like a wildfire online. The controversial video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, the multicab is taking a turn along Barangay Canocotan in Tagum City when several motorcycle riders participating in a drag race passed along the road. Other riders successfully avoid the multicab.
Unfortunately, several motorists involved on the race accidentally hits the multicab. The incident sent the two motorcycle riders pummeling to the ground. The victims probably suffered multiple wounds and injuries.
The motorcycles probably obtained multiple damages due to the accident. Other drag race participants immediately run away to escape and leave their motorcycles.
According to Tagum City Police, both camps have settled the issue and made an agreement. The police authorities are still investigating the incident and promised implement stricter rules to prevent drag racing in the area.
