Last week, Motorcycle Leader and former HPG Col. Bonifacio Bosita becomes one of the most controversial personalities online after he was arrested over “Tsinelas Case”. He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest over charges of Grave Coercion and Usurpation of Authority or Official Functions.

The issue started when Bosita scolded an MMDA officer for apprehending a motorcycle rider because his backrider was just wearing slippers, which was not the proper foot wear.
The ex-HPG colonel urged the traffic personnel to compensate the rider’s salary for missing work that day, which causes feud between him and MMDA traffic czar Edison Bong Nebrija. The MMDA chief lambasted him for intervening their operation.
