What Makes MMDA Chief Nebrija File Charges vs Col. Bosita? (Throwback)

Here is the Reason Why MMDA Chief Nebrija File Charges vs Col. Bosita

THROWBACK – What makes MMDA chief Edison Bong Nebrija against Col. Bonifacio Bosita? Here’s the reason why.

Earlier this week, former HPG Col. Bonifacio Bosita has been arrested by the Tago MPS personnel headed by Pmaj Marietes P. Salanguit. He was arrested due to “Tsinelas case”.

Bosita has been arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest over charges of Grave Coercion and Usurpation of Authority or Official Functions. He reportedly violated Art. 286 and Art.177 under Crim. Case No. M-MND-21-02902-CR and Crim. Case No. M-MND-21-02903-CR.

The arrest warrant dated December 28, 2021 has been served by Hon. Karen Maramba Firme, Presiding Judge, RTC, Metropolitan Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 60, Mandaluyong City.

The bail bond fixed at P36, 000 for Grave Coercion and P30, 000 for Usurpation of Authority charges.

Last year, Bosita and Nebrija have a feud after the ex-HPG leader scolded an MMDA officer for apprehending a motorcycle rider because his backrider was just wearing slippers.

Bosita instructed the MMDA personnel to compensate the rider’s salary during that day for missing work. The incident prompted Nebrija to react and take action to resolve the issue.

Nebrija criticized Bosita for his intervention with the MMDA’s operation. He also accused the RSAP founder of hunger for fame in YouTube and to make name for the upcoming election.

Kapag mali enforcer namin yaan mong yung hearing officer maresolution nyan at di ikaw. Eh kung gusto mong maghearing officer, eh magapply ka sa MMDA at di yung nagpapasikat ka sa YouTube. Marami ka bang views? Malaki na ba kita? Pangpondo na sa eleksyon? Nebrija said.
