Cheslie Kryst Mother Reveals What Made Her Daughter Jump

The mother of former Miss USA Cheslie Kryst finally speaks about her daughter’s death and the reason behind it.

CHESLIE KRYST – April Simpkins, mother of former Miss USA Cheslie Kryst finally released a statement regarding her daughter’s death.

Extra correspondent and former Miss USA Cheslie Kryst was found dead at 350 W. 42nd Street in New York City, based on a previous article. She leaped to her death which shocked many people and she was just 30 years old. She jumped from the 29th-floor terrace of the 60-story Orion building where she was residing.

Many people mourn her death. She was known to have this very brilliant and happy personality the reason why a lot were in disbelief when reports about her taking her own life erupted online. Miss Universe Organization, on Instagram, expressed sadness and expressed, “Our entire community mourns her loss, and our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.”

And now, days after her unfortunate passing, her mother, April Simpkins, finally released a statement and revealed the culprit that took away her daughter. In an official statement, she said that her daughter was living a public and private life, and in her personal life, she was “dealing with high-functioning depression” which the late beauty hid from everyone, including her – her closest confidante and mother.

“While her life on this earth was short, it was filled with many beautiful memories. We miss her laugh, her words of wisdom, her sense of humor and mostly her hugs. We miss all of it — we miss all of her. She was a vital part of our family which makes this loss even more devastating,” the statement said.

Simpkins noted, “I have never known a pain as deep as this. I am forever changed.”
