2 Minor Teenagers Punched Helpless Man, Victim Gets Hospitalized
ILOCOS SUR – A helpless man gets hospitalized after punched by two minor teenagers in San Vicente, Ilocos Sur.
Two minors have been caught on camera punching a helpless man for an unknown reason. The victim suddenly collapsed after assaulted by the assailants. The incident has been caught by CCTV camera at the public market in San Vicente.
In the video, the man wearing a white shirt is slowly walking when a guy punched him at the back of his head. The guy fall to the ground but the suspect’s sibling punched him twice.
The 21-year-old victim who has been identified as Jason Pilot collapsed after the assault and fall from the staircase. The suspects immediately run away and escaped after the incident.
The poor guy has been left unconscious in the area until several residents arrived and helped the victim. According to Jason’s cousin, they were supposed to buy bread during that time.
Pilot has been rushed to the nearest hospital and needed to undergo a head operation after suffering from internal bleeding.
According to the police authorities, both camps have already faced each other at the Municipal Social Welfare Development. The victim’s mother will not file charges against the suspects.
The suspects have been turned over to the custody of MSWD. The parents of the assailants were not yet giving a statement regarding the incident.
