Disabled Man Earns Praises From Netizens For Working Hard Despite Disability
A disabled man goes viral and received praises from the netizen for serving as inspiration to the public despite his disability.
Persons with Disability or popularly known as “PWD” usually face multiple and compounding forms of discrimination, on the basis of disability. PWD refers to individuals with long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments.
PWDs usually experience discrimination in school, workplace and public places because of their condition. Their impairments also stands a barriers, which can hinder their full and effective participation in society.
However, there are still some disabled people who continue to strive and do their best to make other acknowledge them. Some of them are highly skilled and talented but failed to land a stable job.
Recently, the vulcanizing skills of a disabled man from Sarrat, Ilocos Norte captured the attention of the social media users. The PWD guy works hard just to earn money for his daily expenses despite his incapability.
The PWD man identified as Warlito Tompo finds it easy to vulcanize flat tires despite his disability. The latter narrated that his legs required an amputation due to a certain illness when he is still a child.

Warlito explained that he is already used vulcanizing flat tires since he was young. It was easy for him to carry tires and replace wheels. Vulcanizing was his primary source of income.
