Video of Delivery Riders Apprehending Heartless Customer Making Fake Bookings Earns Reactions Online

A group of delivery rider caught the heartless customer and its colleague who were making fake bookings in the area.

Over the past few years, a lot of delivery employees have been complaining against customers who were making fake bookings and canceling orders. Workers usually lost money whenever customers canceled their orders.

Riders are allowed to initially pay for the orders and would be eventually reimbursed by the customers during the delivery. Many delivery workers fail to recover their capital due to fake bookings.

A Facebook user named MJ Morandarte has shared the video footage of a group of Food Panda employees and other delivery workers condemning a customer making fake bookings. The video goes viral and garnered various reactions from the netizens.

In the video, it can be seen that the delivery riders were apprehending a man who was allegedly responsible for making fake bookings. The riders were urging him to present his identification card and mobile phone.

The delivery workers also declared a civilian rest for the latter’s inhumane activity, which causes burden and problem to the hardworking employees. The culprit even tried to escape and the workers found out that the suspect is conniving with another guy wearing a Food Panda uniform.

The culprit apologized for his irresponsible action but the riders urged him to pay the orders.
