FAKE BOOKING – A disappointed rider has expressed his frustration and asked the public to stop making fake bookings.

Over the past few years, a lot of delivery riders are expressing their frustrations after victimized by fake bookings and order cancelations. Riders usually earn nothing and lost cash whenever customers would cancel their orders.

However, the companies still fail to resolve the issue of fake booking and order cancellation, which contributes to the burden and struggles of delivery riders.

A Facebook user named Lerie Caseja has expressed his disappointment and frustrations towards heartless people making fake bookings. The post garnered various reactions from the social media users.

Caseja asked the heartless customers and scammers to stop fake bookings or canceling orders. He explained that the delivery workers are just doing their jobs to earn money to provide the necessities of the families and loved ones.

Sa gumagawa po ng Fake Booking sa mga Food Courriers, maawa naman po kayo.Huwag kayong uorder at gagamit ng pangalan ng iba. Tigilan niyo yan dahil nagtratrabaho ng maayos ang mga riders. Kung wala po kayong magawang matino, tulog tulog na lang muna.Masyado kayonh nakakaabala sa mga nagtratrabaho ng maayos (mula sa resto staffs, food courrier personnels at riders,hanggang mga dineleveran na hindi naman umorder)
