Heartbreaking Photo of Young Girl Answering Module While PWD Dad Begs For Alms Goes Viral
The young girl who is answering her learning module while her PWD father was begging for alms caught the hearts of netizens.
The heartbreaking photo of an 11-year-old girl answering her learning modules along the sidewalk goes viral online. The post immediately spread like a wildfire online and brought the social media by storm.
The girl from Las Piñas City together with her PWD father Mang Randy Ong have been spotted begging for alms from the passersby along Recto Avenue in Manila. The little kid is answering her modules and attending her online class.
According to Mang Randy, he is a former welder but suffered from a road accident after struck by a rushing vehicle in Quezon City. He suffered serious wounds and injuries, which needed an amputation of his arm.
Mang Randy ended up begging along the road after the incident to earn money to support the financial necessities of his family. He is also asking for financial assistance to buy medicines for his diabetes.
The disabled man admitted that he is experiencing hardships and difficulties but God is always there to guide and protect him. His daughter was just connecting to WiFi at the nearby building.
“Sir kahit mahirap ang buhay, tuloy lang. Kumakapit lang din ako palagi sa Diyos para maitawid yung pang-araw-araw namin ng anak ko,” Mr. Ong said.
Kind-hearted individuals who want to help Mang Randy and his daughter can visit them along Recto Avenue corner Juan Luna Street.
