Zaijian Jaranilla talked about his role in ‘The Broken Marriage Vow’

Young actor Zaijian Jaranilla revealed the reason why he can relate to his role in the new Kapamilya series The Broken Marriage Vow.

In the series that was adapted from BBC’S Doctor Foster, Zaijian gives life to the character of Gio Ilustre. He said that he felt the pressure being part of this huge project.

During a recent media conference, based on the Twitter post of ABS-CBN PR the young actor said that they want the audience to see something different and so this gives a lot of pressure. “Kailangan namin mag-offer ng bago kasi baka sabihin na ‘ay, napanood na namin yan,” he said.

Zaijian Jaranilla also said that he can relate to his character. “Nakaka-relate ako sa kwento ni Gio kasi galing din ako sa broken family. Naiintindihan ko kung saan siya nanggagaling kaya mas nae-express ko ‘yung emotions niya,” the young actor revealed.

With this, he shared his advice to those who are in the same situation. Zaijian said that it is important to be strong and not choosing sides.

Through his role in the series, the young actor said that he was able to learn how to be mature in facing the problems.

When asked about the praises be received from his co-actor Zanjoe Marudo, Zaijian Jaranilla said that he felt honored. “Sobrang saya. Nakakataba ng puso. Hindi ko magagawa ‘yun kung hindi rin sila nagbibigay sa mga eksena,” the young actor said.
