Kris Aquino Donates Test Kits, Continues To Help Despite Health Issues

The health condition of Kris Aquino won’t stop her from helping other people

Actress-host Kris Aquino pledged that she will continue to help her fellow Filipinos despite her deteriorating health condition.

Kris was one of the celebrities who went out and extended help to typhoon Odette victims. Together with Vice President Leni Robredo, the presidential aspirant that she is supporting, Kris went to affected areas and gave relief goods.

Despite the challenges that she is facing now because of her health condition, Kris said that she will still do her best to help other people. Her drive to help came from the fact that she received love and support from other people as well.

“Simple ang dahilan ko, hindi nyo kami iniwan nung kami ang nangangailangan… i am just reciprocating in the way i am at present able to, the LOVE, SUPPORT, KINDNESS, COMPASSION, and LOYALTY many Filipinos have give me and my family, especially now that many need assistance,” Kris Aquino said in her recent Instagram post.

In the series of photos that Kris shared, one showed a certification coming from employees of Bureau of Immigration as they received “800 pieces of COVID-19 Antigen Test Kits” from her. Aside from this, Kris also pledged to give 1000 cheese pandesal for 10 consecutive Wednesdays to the personnel of the Philippines General Hospital as well as to the patients and their companions.

The actress-host also said that she will fulfill whatever promise she made to anyone before January 25, her mother Cory Aquino’s birthday. Also included in the post is her statement for those who might once again bashed her because she posted about her charity works.

Kris Aquino shared that what she read on the news about the lack of test kits prompted her to donate. She also pointed out that people who are in the position can definitely ask for donation easily.
