Netizens criticized this now-deleted post of Korina Sanchez
Seasoned broadcaster Korina Sanchez was slammed by netizens because of her Instagram post saying “sadya akong pinagpala.”
Korina fondly shares updates about her life and career on her social media accounts. Her social media followers enjoy seeing posts about her travel, her healthy lifestyle, and her family life, especially her adorable twins with former DILG Secretary Mar Roxas.
However, one of her recent posts did not sit well with many netizens. Korina shared her beach photo and based on a screenshot that was shared on the Twitter account of @iamdeejdiaz, this was her original caption: “Lahat nagka covid na. Ako never pa. And I’m ALL OVER. Thank you, Lord. Sadya akong pinagpala kase dami ko tinutulungan?”
Apparently, this was criticized by netizens and based on another screenshot, Korina Sanchez edited her caption. She changed the controversial “sadyang akong pinagpala” portion with this: “Sadya akong pinagpala kase Baka nakakatulong yung may natutulungan din?”
The said Twitter post of the netizen showing the Instagram post of Korina that is now deleted, another netizen shared screenshots of comments of netizens.
Because of this, the name of the Rated Korina host trended on the micro-blogging social media platform. Several netizens also slammed her for that caption. Some said that it was inappropriate for her to say that and it was like mocking those who got infected. There were also netizens who even recalled the time when Korina’s husband ran for president in 2016. Here are some tweets against the seasoned broadcaster.
