Nowadays, road accident has been one of the major traffic problems in different countries all around the world including the Philippines. It usually causes traffic congestions or injuries to involved individuals. Reckless motorists are mostly involved in vehicular accidents.
The traffic authorities are implementing stricter rules and regulations to prevent such incidents but accidents still happen due to reckless motorists.
A Facebook user named Olan Reyes has shared the video footage of a kamote rider with multiple traffic violations who got into a road accident. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that Reyes is driving slowly along the road together with his partner when a reckless motorcycle rider overshoots. The incident sent the rider pummeling to the ground together with its motorcycle.
The motorist seems to be fine and was able to stand up after the accident. The rider left the motorcycle in the middle of the road and take a rest along the sidewalk. Some residents in the area even came to help and check the situation.
According to Reyes, the kamote rider has no driver’s license, no helmet, driving reckless and just borrowed the motorcycle. The motorcycle seems to suffer some damages due to the incident.
