Traffic Violator Lambasts MMDA Enforcer for Apprehending Him “Hoy kilalanin mo hinuhuli mo!”

A traffic violator earns negative reactions from the online community after giving distasteful remarks to MMDA enforcer “Hoy kilalanin mo hinuhuli mo!”.

The Facebook page “Gadget Addict” has shared the video footage of an intense confrontation between MMDA enforcer and traffic violator. The video garnered various reactions from the social media users.

The MMDA enforcer flagged down the vehicle driver for allegedly committing a traffic violation. The driver allegedly ran away and tried to escape because he will be late for a flag ceremony and meeting with a lawmaker.

The enforcer chased the traffic violator but the driver allegedly insulted the road officer “hoy kilalanin mo hinuhuli mo!”. MMDA traffic czar Edison Bong Nebrija intervene to lecture the violator.

The car driver explained and give his side of the story to Nebrija. He seems to be respectful and polite towards Nebrija but alleged being rude towards the MMDA officer.

After a few moments, the traffic violator admitted his mistakes and surrendered his driver’s license to Nebrija for citation ticket.
