Asian Academy Creative Awards 2021: Vice Ganda Wins, Other Winners

ASIAN ACADEMY CREATIVE AWARDS – Vice Ganda wins as Asia’s best entertainment host and here are the other winners for this year.

Comedy superstar Vice Ganda was in pure disbelief as he was named on Friday Asia’s best entertainment host, in the 2021 Asian Academy Creative Awards (AACA). He receives the Grand Winner in the Entertainment Program Host award besting out other national winners of other countries. In a Twitter post, he expressed out ineffable happiness: “Overwhelmed! Ang gulo ng pakiramdam! Naiihi ako na naduduwal na di ko maintindihan. Nakakabaliw sa saya! Thank you Lord! This is unbelievable!”

GMA-7’s flagship newscast, 24 Oras, also won in the Best News Programme category for its coverage of Typhoon Ulysses in November 2020. They have a winning margin of 0.28 points against other national winners from different countries.
