Beatrice Luigi Gomez Flies to Israel for Miss Universe 2021
BEATRICE GOMEZ – Cebuana beauty queen Beatrice Luigi Gomez departed for Israel on Saturday, November 27, ahead of the highly-anticipated Miss Universe pageant.
This year’s edition of the Miss Universe will be held in Israel in the city of Eilat. Beauty queens representing around eighty (80) countries will compete for the crown this year. Miss Universe 2020 Andrea Meza will crown her successor this Dec. 13.
Cebuana beauty queen and model Beatrice Luigi Gomez will represent the country in the pageant. She will try to bring home the 5th crown after Gloria Diaz, Margie Moran, Pia Wurtzbach, and Catriona Gray.
In a previous article, Beatrice Luigi Gomez opened up about her preparation for the Miss Universe 2021 pageant. She revealed she has been busy with her question and answer training.
Last November 9, Miss Universe Philippines shared Bea’s official headshot for the pageant. She wore a pink dress with her hair laid down and in big curls.

Beatrice Luigi Gomez departed for Israel on Saturday, November 27, ahead of the highly-anticipated pageant. On IG, she shared a video of herself clad in a grey outfit as she waved the Philippine flag. She said, “This is it! We’re finally on our way to the universe!”
Miss Universe 2011 3rd runner-up and Miss Universe PH National Director Shamcey Supsup Lee also took time to wish the Cebuana beauty queen good luck. She said, “Have a safe trip to Israel! Bring home the crown.”

Beatrice Luigi Gomez is the first openly queer winner of MUPH. Before winning the crown, she has been vocal about her relationship with DJ Kate Jagdon.
In a previous article, Kate confirmed that she and Bea have ended their six-year relationship. Breakup rumors between the two started when netizens noticed Bea and Kate have deleted their pics together on their respective IG accounts.
