What’s the real score between Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz?
Kapuso singer-actress Julie Anne San Jose reacted to rumors linking her to her The Clash co-star Rayver Cruz.
Amid the news about the breakup of Rayver with Kapamilya actress Janine Gutierrez, it is inevitable that the name of Julie Anne will be dragged into this matter. On Janine’s part, she is also being linked to her Marry Me, Marry You leading man Paulo Avelino, who admitted that they dated before.
However, based on the previous article, the source who revealed Janine-Rayver breakup stressed that there was no third party involved.
In a recent interview for her Limitless musical trilogy, Julie Anne San Jose was asked about Rayver Cruz, based on the article in PEP. She said that she does not feel awkward when people teased her with her co-host.
“Wala naman talaga dapat na awkwardness, kasi we’re more a tandem than a love team,” the singer-actress said as she feels “nahihiya” towards Janine Gutierrez when she is being teased with Rayver. Apparently, the interview took place before the Janine-Rayver breakup circulated.
Julie Anne added that she and Rayver really feel comfortable towards each other. She also shared that the actor-host is one of her closest friends. “I am thankful to Rayver. Kasi ano siya, e, he’s such a good sport, and we’ve always been, like, comfortable with each other ever since,” she shared.
Julie Anne San Jose added that the “comfortability” between her and Rayver Cruz is being reflected on how they do their job onscreen.
Meanwhile, aside from The Clash, Rayver and Julie Anne have started shooting for a movie before the pandemic. However, it was temporarily stopped because of the restrictions brought by the health crisis. The actor said in a previous interview that the production is already discussing if when they could resume the filming.
