JOSHUA GARCIA – Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia shares the status of his relationship now with actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi.
Ivana Alawi, among the most influential social media vloggers in the Philippines, is open about having an admiration towards actor Joshua Garcia. Opening up about this, she shared in a previous article that the reason she has a crush on him is because of his character. She feels like he is family-oriented just like her apart from his good looks.
Through messaging online, Ivana confirmed that they are having tiny conversations. They are not yet on that deeper level type of friendship but she is willing to know him even better. The actor, regarding the actress’ openness about it, said in a statement that he is overwhelmed.
He said, “Nakakadagdag confidence kapag may humahanga sa ‘yo…so siyempre thank you, thank you na na-appreciate niya yung work ko, ‘yung acting ko, kasi ‘yun ‘yung narinig ko so, maraming salamat.”
But now, with the people curious about their blooming friendship, Garcia revealed that their communication was seemingly cut off. It has not been continuous and what they’ve had are just small talks.
“Well hindi pa ulit kami nakakapag-usap. Usually kasi yung usap namin sa DM. Like for example nakita niya yung story ko, nabisita ko yung story niya tapos biglang nakaagaw ng attention ko, nakaagaw ng attention niya. Yung ganun lang,” he revealed.
Meanwhile, the actor is currently working on a new project. Because of his talent in acting, he was dubbed as the next John Lloyd Cruz. In his newest project, he was challenged to portray an affluent character onscreen. This is just his second time playing a particular role because what he usually portrays is the “good guy next door” role as seen in his previous shows.
