Heart Evangelista made this decision for her new series
Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista revealed that she sacrificed this one thing for her new series I Left My Heart In Sorsogon.
The last series that Heart did before this was My Korean Jagiya that started airing in August 2017 and ended in January 2018. In the said romantic comedy series, she was paired with Alexander Lee.
For several years, Heart took a break from doing series and when she was asked when she will be coming back, the actress said that in her teleserye return, she wants to feature Sorsogon, the province in which her husband Chiz Escudero is the incumbent governor.
Indeed, that wish of Heart Evangelista came true as she is shooting now for I Left My Heart In Sorsogon with Richard Yap and Paolo Contis. The actress has been promoting this on her social media and her internationally famous friends have been helping her in promoting the show.
In one of the recent Twitter posts of Heart, she revealed that she was supposed to attend an international event but she had to sacrifice that to give way to the shooting of her new series.
A netizen shared a tweet saying that the Kapuso star “was supposed to be in Paris for @Chaumet and could’ve met Song Hye Kyo,” the South Korean superstar who is the endorser of the brand.
Aside from that, the netizen also said that Heart was invited to attend the Cannes Film Festival by brands that wanted her to wear their products but she had to decline these invitations.
Heart Evangelista confirmed this as she retweeted the Twitter post and said, “Yes but I needed to film for I left my heart in Sorsogon 🙂 there’s always a next time :)”
