BB Gandanghari fires back at Ogie Diaz
Social media personality BB Gandanghari said that comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz, who discusses showbiz news and issues on his Showbiz Update YouTube channel, has “zero credibility”.
This remark of the transwoman celebrity who was formerly known as Rustom Padilla came after Ogie’s comment on her advice to Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica.
In one of her Instagram Lives, BB was asked by netizens to react to the controversy surrounding the breakup of Kylie and Aljur. She said that her niece and her estranged husband should keep their dirty linen away from the public’s eyes.
Ogie slammed BB’s advice. On his Showbiz Update vlog on October 27, the comedian-talent manager questioned the right of BB Gandanghari in sharing that advice. Ogie said that the transwoman celebrity should tell that to herself. Apparently, he was referring to the “revelations” that BB did about a famous actor who allegedly had a relationship with her in the past.
“Sino ka, BB, para magsabi ng ganyan, kung ikaw nambubuko?” Ogie said. This remark of the comedian-talent manager, received a reaction from BB, based on the article in PEP.
Through a recent IG Live, BB fired back at Ogie saying that for her, he has “zero credibility”. “I’m, sorry, Ogie, clearly you don’t know what I’m talking about. Honestly, you have no credibility to me, zero. Zero credibility,” she said and stressed that there was nothing wrong with her advice.
She added that even though she revealed things about the popular actor, it was not “siniraan”. The transwoman celebrity also stressed that even her marriage with Carmina Villarroel ended, they did not say anything against each other in public and that their respect for each other is still there.
BB also said that Ogie, being the “kumpadre” of her brother Robin Padilla, could have said, “‘Tama this time ang auntie niyo, makinig kayo.’” However, BB Gandanghari stressed that Ogie chose to react negatively. “Ganyan ka na ka-negative. You think yung pinagdadaanan ng pamangkin ko, e, gagawin kong biro? Excuse me,” she said.
The breakup of Kylie and Aljur was first revealed on Ogie Diaz YouTube channel when he did a one-on-one interview with Robin.
