Some of the things Miss Universe PH Beatrice Gomez is preparing herself for the upcoming competition.
BEATRICE GOMEZ – Crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez shares how she prepares for Miss Universe 2021.
Andrea Meza of Mexico is Miss Universe 2020 and she will be passing the crown and title to the next winner this December 12. The Miss Universe 2021 pageant will be held in Israeli in the city of Eilat. And the Philippines will have a 26-year-old beauty queen from Cebu City Beatrice Luigi Gomez to represent the country there. She is the first open bisexual to win the said major local pageant.
In Magandang Buhay, the beauty queen shared what she is preparing herself for for the upcoming international competition. She said that she is confident in her question and answer and communication skills and her pasarela. But what she is not confident about is her interpersonal skills. She confessed that she is an introverted person.
She shared, “I know I am confident po sa question and answer and communication skills ko and my pasarela but as an introverted person po who forced myself into facing that crowd, I want to work more on interacting with other people kasi doon po ako medyo dapat mag-improve.”
Meanwhile, tailing Meza in the winners’ list of the international pageant last year are:
1st runner-up: Miss Brazil – Julia Gama
2nd runner-up: Miss Peru – Janick Maceta del Castillo
3rd runner-up: Miss India – Adline Castelino
4th runner-up: Miss Dominican Republic – Kimberly Jimenez
Meanwhile, Gomez, apart from joining pageants, also wanted to become an action star. She even said that she would gladly accept a role for Ang Probinsyano even if there would be no stunt man. She is sure she can do stunts all by herself without a double.

Gomez, when she was younger, learned boxing, kickboxing, and aikido. She studied martial arts because she is aware of how vulnerable women are when it comes to abuse and aggravation.
