Sara Duterte on Tulfo’s ‘Plan C’ Article: ‘Karamihan sa atin ay Marites pero’

Sara Duterte slams this recent article of Mon Tulfo

Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte answered the “Plan C” article of Mon Tulfo that was published by The Philippine Star on October 26.

In his Sentinel column, Tulfo raised several issues against the daughter of President Rodrigo Duterte. The columnist implied that there is a rift between the Mayor and Senator Bong Go who is running for Vice President in the 2022 elections. Tulfo also claimed that Sara Duterte “wants to unsettle her father”. Allegedly, it is because Inday Sara is still against the separation of her parents and Tulfo claimed that the Mayor is siding with her mother.

In the recent Facebook post of the Davao City Mayor, she enumerated the “chismis” that Mon Tulfo wrote in his article. This included the alleged “Plan C” which is a Bongbong Marcos (BBM)-Bong Go (BG) tandem next year. Allegedly, this will happen in order to “stop headstrong Sara at all cost”.

“Nandun na tayo na karamihan sa atin ay Marites pero yung isusulat ang CHISMIS at ipapalabas na ito ay totoong nangyari ay nakaka lalaki na,” the Mayor wrote in the caption of her post.

She also said that throughout her years in politics, she already encountered a lot of men like Tulfo who are assuming that women are just basing their decisions on emotions. “Mga lalaking bastos at mapanghusga,” Sara Duterte stressed.

After enumerating the seven “chismis” out of the article with 20 paragraphs, the Mayor questioned how the popular newspaper in the Philippines filter the articles that will be published.

Being the object of the “journalistic irresponsibility” of Mon Tulfo, through The Philippine Star, the presidential daughter said that she deserves an apology but she stressed that she is not expecting it.
