SOL MERCADO – PBA free agent Sol Mercado replies to basher who compared Sandra Lemonon to Denis Laurel following relationship confirmation.
Former Miss Universe Philippines candidate Sandra Lemonon confirmed her relationship with Philippine Basketball Association free agent Sol Mercado just recently through an Instagram post. She penned a sweet message for him where she aired how much she loves him and how grateful she is to have him in her life.
Sol also announced their relationship on Instagram through an appreciation post for her. He wrote, “Happy Birthday my love, I’m grateful for you and your existence. Keep growing and continue to hold me accountable to grow with you, cheers to my 8!”
Meanwhile, despite the relationship confirmation, many people kept asking as to what happened between him and actress Denise Laurel. To recall, they got engaged in 2013 but the wedding did not happen. They called it off and broke up in 2016 but a photo of them together resurfaced online igniting rekindled romance speculations. They’ve had an on-and-off relationship and it seems like they were not able to work it out.
Finally introducing his new girlfriend, one netizen compared his current girl to his ex-fiance and such a comment has caught his attention. The commenter stated that Sandra is nothing close to his former fiance. He replied to the comment and said that the netizen is such a clown.
According to him, replying to the basher’s comment is a form of entertainment for him. And the commenter, not giving up on the argument, said the player is getting heated in what he has said and added that he’ll be giving him two months and he’ll find a different girl by then.
