What did Angel Locsin say about Anne Curtis?
Actress Angel Locsin revealed this thing about actress-host Anne Curtis during a recent interview on Celeste Tuviera’s YouTube channel.
In the said vlog guesting, Angel’s charitable endeavors were talked about. It is known to many that aside from being an actress, Angel is also a philanthropist. She already did several fundraising events in order to help the less fortunate people and the victims of different calamities.
Angel is being tagged as the real-life Darna because of this and some fans are even pushing her to enter politics this coming 2022 elections. However, the actress expressed that she will run but will support a candidate who deserves to be in the Senate.
In the vlog, she also talked about her online fundraising campaign “Shop and Share”. Angel Locsin mentioned that it was Anne Curtis who first replied to her when she was starting the project. “Si Anne yung unang nag-reply sa message ko, at hanggang ngayon, sobrang…kapag kausap ko si Anne sa mga ganu’n. Jive kami, eh. Pareho kami ng gusto,” she said.
Angel added that Anne just wants to help without fanfare or anything. She added that she saw the determination of the It’s Showtime host to extend help to others.
Angel said that from Shop and Share, Anne would go to the noontime show studio, then after the show, she would go back to prepare the items that they would sell.
“Para raw mas bumilis yung pagpe-prepare namin. Kasi kami talaga ang nag-e-encode, lahat. Papalinis namin (mga items). Ie–encode namin. Nagse-search kami sa internet nu’ng mga description ng mga bags, lahat ng mga kailangan, kami nag-aayos,” Angel Locsin shared.
To recall, this gesture of the two actresses in helping other people was commended by Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto. Angel Locsin and Anne Curtis donated P2million to the city amid the pandemic. Mayor Vico said that the two celebrities just left the check at his office without fanfare or photo opportunity with the media.
