BARANGAY 267 – The police officers arrest their fellow cop after using his firearm to scold the curfew violators in the area.
Manila police have arrested their fellow policeman who used his gun to scare the curfew violators in Barangay 267, Tondo, Manila. The suspect has been identified as Police Corporal Medel Biloan.
According to the cops, Biloan has been assigned at the intelligence section of Manila Police District-Station 2. The abusive cop is off-duty and roaming around the village when the incident happened.
The CCTV footage in the area spotted Biloan roaming around the area around 2:30 am when he saw several teenagers outside. The teenagers aging 12 up to 18 years old violated the curfew violation.
In the video, it can be seen that the civilian cop pulled out his gun and threatened the curfew violators. Unfortunately, another CCTV footage in the area caught Biloan drinking an alcoholic beverage outside of his residence.
MPD-Station 2 Police Colonel Magno Gallora said that Biloan pulled out his gun after the teens refused to obey his orders. However, Gallora admitted that the cop’s action is wrong.
