A strong mother and an empowered woman, LJ Reyes surely know when to stop working hard on something. Previously, she was among the talk-of-the-town personalities following her revelations after her split with Paolo Contis. She hinted that there was a third party but despite fighting hard alone in a battle where it should be the two of them together fighting, he gave up. Painful to hear but LJ revealed that he refused to take them back.
She is currently in New York and the main reason why she actually spoke and revealed everything without tarnishing his name is for her children. She wanted to take them away from the twisted stories that might possibly arise and involve them if she had not spoken up. She wanted them to hear the truth from her and protect them.
But amid the heartbreak, the actress refused to back down because of pain. She continued living with them and they are now back to their “normal programming”. Aki is her son with Paulo Avelino while Summer is with Contis.
