Pagara is being imprisoned at the Pardo Police Station, where he is attempting to take his own life, according to Superbalita Cebu. Based to the report, he tried to tie a shoelace around his neck but was prevented by his fellow inmates.

Nena (not her real name) filed a complaint alleging that Paraga entered her room, licked her genitals, and then fulfilled his wants. According to Nena’s story, she was afraid of the culprit and couldn’t shout until Pagara left after he was done.

The victim was unable to conceal the occurrence from her mother, who expressed her displeasure with Pagara’s actions. The medical report also revealed that the woman had been sexually harassed, but the suspect denied this and claimed that he had just touched her.

Pagara was eventually apprehended and taken to the police station by barangay tanods (watchmen). Pagara told Superbalita Cebu that he couldn’t take the embarrassment of the charges any longer, adding that he had a fight booked for November that could be jeopardized as a result of the incident.
