Video of Lady Customer Lambasting Barangay Tanod for Implementing Curfew to Food Delivery Riders Goes Viral
A lady customer expressed her disappointment and criticized a barangay tanod for implementing curfew to food delivery riders.
The Facebook page “One Caviteño” has shared the video footage of a lady customer lambasting a barangay watchman in Brgy 183 Villamor for barring delivery riders during curfew hours. The post garnered various reactions online.
In the video, it can be seen that the female resident is having an exchange of heated arguments against a barangay tanod for not allowing to food delivery riders to deliver her order inside the village.
The angry woman questioned the watchman for barring the delivery workers but allowing other vehicles to enter the village. The woman had no choice but to walk a couple of kilometers just claim her order.
The lady customer is reportedly suffering from a certain illness wherein she needs bedrest but she was forced to walk outside just to claim her food. The barangay official told the customer to order before 8:00 pm, which is the curfew hour in the area.
Other residents were also complaining regarding the policy because they need to go outside amid curfew hours to claim the order because riders are prohibited to enter.

“Shout out sa brgy 183 villamor, curfew sa delivery rider bawal pumasok! Anyare sa food is essential, nagalit si ate kasi di pinapasok yung order nya ang siste naglakad papuntang brgy pag ka layo layo sa bahay nila para makuha ang pagkain, may sitwasyon pa na may sakit yung omorder, gutom tapos di kame pinapasok! Maawa kayo sa residente nyo!
Ganito po sitwasyon sa amin grabfood rider, and foodpanda, dito sa brgy 183 villamor, di po pinapasok tuwing gabi imbis na maiwasan po yung paglabas ng tao at maihatid ng maayos ang order sa kanilang tahanan ang sistema minsan naglalakad, minsan may mga matatanda pang nag lalakad para kunin yung order, gustuhin namin po pumasok pero pinagbbwalan po kme ng siga nyong brgy tanod.
