The easterlies would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon.

It would also bring similar weather conditions over the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, Benguet, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino and Aurora.

The entire Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands will also experience the same weather condition. Metro Manila and the rest of the country would be also affected by the easterlies.

The weather system may also trigger possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over the entire country would be slight to moderate. The weather agency also warned the public that sea travel remains risky due to the effect of Isang.
