Actress-dancer Maja Salvador shared what A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz said to her during the time when her love life had an issue.
Maja and John Lloyd have been friends for several years now and they were able to maintain that until now. In an article back in 2019, the Nina Nino actress revealed that the A-list actor has shared with her a lot of valuable lessons in life and career. One of the things that Lloydie taught her is to believe in herself despite that other people will tell her otherwise.
Based on the article in Pang-Masa, Maja Salvador shared in a recent vlog that during the time when her love life was experiencing a controversy, John Lloyd Cruz once again shared a vital lesson.
“Hindi ko makakalimutan ‘yung sinabi ni John Lloyd sa akin nung time na may issue ako sa love,” she said. Maja shared that the actor told her that she was still so young to risk her career for her love life.
“Noong sinabi niya ‘yun, tumatak talaga sa akin ‘yun,” Maja revealed. As a friend, she said that she has nothing but good words for Lloydie. Until now, the actor would still check on her, especially if she is on the set of a project.
“Everyday tumatawag ‘yan. Kunyari may taping ako, sabi niya, ‘Kumusta ka dyan sa set? Walang nang-aaway sa’yo? Sabihan mo ko kapag may nangbastos’ mga ganyan,” Maja Salvador shared.
Because of this, the actress-dancer said that she has a feeling that whatever she will do will be fine because she knows she has friends who will support her like John Lloyd Cruz.
Apparently, years that have gone by strengthened the root of their friendship, and perhaps because of this, when Maja decided to establish her own management company, Crown Artist Management, John Lloyd is her first-ever talent.
