In the video, it can be seen that a lot of residents were queueing along B. Rodriguez in Cebu City to buy oxygen from a pharmacy. The consumers seem to have a panic buying of oxygen on the second day of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.
The last time the town has been placed on MECQ, the consumers formed a long line outside supermarkets to purchase goods.
