What’s next for Lovi Poe? Kapamilya or still a Kapuso?
Is it true that actress-singer Lovi Poe is choosing to stay in GMA7 amid rumors circulating that she will transfer to ABS-CBN?
Lovi’s most recent project in the Kapuso network was Owe My Love. While the series was still airing, speculations already surfaced that she might become a Kapamilya.
For quite some time, the daughter of the late The King Fernando Poe, Jr. was silent about this. In a recent interview for her upcoming project, she was once again asked about her rumored network transfer.
Lovi Poe said that she can’t divulge the details as negotiation is still ongoing. When asked which network, she did not reveal it. The actress said that for her respect for both TV networks, she is not saying anything. A recent article in PEP appeared to have hinted that Lovi might still be a Kapuso.
“Sa hinaba-haba man ng usap-usapan, sa Kapuso pa rin uuwi si Lovi. Marahil, ongoing pa ang negosasyon. By all means, it is understandable na igiit niya ang kanyang pangunguna sa teritoryo bago pa man sumalta sa GMA ang mga Kapamilya. Abangers na lang tayo!” entertainment columnist Noel Ferrer wrote.
Meanwhile, Lovi Poe is promoting her new movie titled The Other Wife with Joem Bascon. The movie also features Charlie Dizon, Jameson Blake, and Mylene Dizon. This will start streaming on Vivamax, KTX, iWant TFC, at TFC IPTV on July 16.
Lovi is currently in Ilocos for the shooting of her movie with Carlo Aquino under Regal Entertainment. After these commitments in the Philippines, she is set to go back to the States.
