A Facebook user named John Tan has shared the video footage of J&T Express mishandling parcels at their warehouse. The video footage circulates online and garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the parcels were being thrown by employees in front of J&T Express. The crews were recklessly throwing the parcels, which may cause damage to the fragile items.
