J&T Replaces Netizen’s Package With Flowers And A Letter
J&T REPLACES PACKAGE – Amid the coronavirus pandemic and the political turmoil, people have continued to argue. However, there was one thing netizens could agree on – bad experiences with J&T.
Recently, the logistics company has been heavily criticized by netizens after a video was released showing the mishandling of parcels. Since then, dozens of photos have been uploaded revealing how they treat packages.
This time, it wasn’t only the handling of the package that was the problem. According to a netizen from Facebook, J&T personnel actually swapped the package he was supposed to send.

Netizen Joebert Nazab shared the story about how he sent his skateboard to a customer through J&T. He said it was his first time delivering with J&T. Still, he was confident because he hasn’t received a bad item from the logistics company since.
But, his expectations quickly turned into disgust after finding out that J&T had swapped his package. He explained that he sent his skateboard deck through J&T at around 11 AM from Zamboanga City to Guiwan branch.
However, he was surprised because around 2 PM, he received a notification that his package had already arrived.

Sadly, the package that arrived didn’t even come close to what he sent. Nazab explained that J&T personnel swapped the original sticker with a fake one that shared the same tracking number and details.
Furthermore, the box that the skateboard was originally in was a different box than the one that was received.
As you can see, the box that arrived was missing the “JOY Dishwashing” logo. Meanwhile, the sticker had the right information, however, it wasn’t the original.
Additionally, instead of receiving the skateboard deck, the receiver got flowers with a letter instead.
